We endeavour to ship orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day. Orders under £49 ship for just £3. Orders over £49 ship for FREE! You can expect to receive your order in about 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. Please keep in mind that Gift Cards are excluded from your free shipping total as they are delivered separately via email.

You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange or a refund (excludes briefs and boxers for hygienic reasons).

If you require a replacement a delivery charge applies (UK Mainland Only – Other charges apply for outside this area).

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the UK Mainland (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight), Ireland, and some European countries (Please email sales@halohairangels.com for European shipping quotes).

How much money do I have to spend in order to qualify for free shipping?

In order to qualify for free shipping in the UK, the order total has to be above £44 Please understand when applying a coupon code your cart total is reduced. For free shipping, the order total with coupon code included must be above £44.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Priority Shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
